Nataliia Tulinova, Foundress and CEO of ZDOROVI, Was Named a Winner of the National Philanthropy Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2025”
On June 9, a formal awards ceremony was held in Kyiv to honor the winners of the National Philanthropy Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2025: Charity in Defense of Ukraine,” one of the most prestigious awards in the field of philanthropy and the public sector. This year, the competition received 1,698 applications from Ukraine and abroad.
Based on theresults of the National Expert Council, Nataliia Tulinova, CEO of ZDOROVI, tooksecond place in the “Charity Manager of the Year” category. The winner of thecategory was Maksym Dotsenko, CEO of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, whileAnna Harus, CEO of the Kharkiv Regional NGO “Educated Initiative,” took thirdplace.
This awardrecognizes the long-standing work of the ZDOROVI team, which has beensystematically supporting Ukrainian medical facilities, healthcare workers, andpatients in frontline regions since the beginning of the full-scale war.
In recent years,ZDOROVI has become one of the largest organizations systematically supportingUkraine’s healthcare sector. As of June 2026, nearly 1,000 healthcare facilitiesin more than 400 communities across the country have received assistance fromthe foundation, and the organization’s programs have reached 1 millionpatients. Over 7,600 medical professionals have participated in ZDOROVI’seducational events, while another 3,300 specialists have received mental healthsupport. The organization is supported in implementing these initiatives by 70international donors and partners who, together with the foundation’s team, areworking to strengthen Ukraine’s healthcare system during the war.

It is about the ZDOROVI team, our partners, donors, healthcareprofessionals, and everyone who works with us to help Ukrainians receive themedical care they need, even under the most challenging circumstances. Beingamong the leaders of the country’s charitable sector confirms that our deep,humane, and responsible approach works. For us, this is not only a great honorbut also an incentive to move forward and scale up our efforts where they areneeded most,” Nataliia Tulinova noted.
For 19 years, the NationalPhilanthropy Competition “Charitable Ukraine” has been recognizing charitable,volunteer, civic, and social initiatives that support Ukraine and foster aculture of trust, solidarity, and responsible philanthropy. The competition’stop prize is the amber “Angel of Goodness” statuette, often referred to as the“Oscar of Philanthropy” in Ukraine.
This year, thewinners and laureates were congratulated by representatives of the charitablesector, government institutions, international organizations, the businesscommunity, and the media. First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska and ViktorYushchenko, President of Ukraine from 2005 to 2010, also addressed the ceremonyparticipants in video messages.
