ZDOROVI organizes a specialized course “Direct Fundraising and Fundraising for Medical Institutions”
ZDOROVI has significant experience in raising more than UAH 2 billion for the needs of medical institutions and the status of a critical enterprise due to the scale and scope of assistance provided to the healthcare sector.
Ukraine's healthcare facilities are currently facing challenges of rebuilding and modernization. With limited resources, direct fundraising is becoming a key tool for raising funds to rebuild infrastructure, upgrade equipment, and improve the quality of medical services.

The course will include four trainings on the following topics:
1. Search for donors: how to find suitable grants and become visible to donors.
2. Preparation of grant applications: application structure, project description, goal setting, and evaluation of results.
3. Developing a budget and preparing reputation documents: planning expenses and convincing donors of the reliability of the institution.
4. Fund management, reporting and project monitoring: transparency and efficiency in the use of funding.
